Perma Glads
I know gladiators defense kinda sucks but using this build
12 tactics
Glads defense, *BH, on your knees, Dwarven stability
You'd be able to keep glads up all the time. I haven't used it yet, but just wanted to put it out there in case someone could see some kind of use for it.
*BH can be replaced or supplemented with grapple.

Nothing new, sorry to burst your bubble.
Besides there are way better elite skills out there, especielly since you would dedicate half your bar just to keep this skill up.
Just to try be a bit more constructive, ask yourself what it is you want.
75% block from melee attacks? You'll still take full range and spell dmg. In this case it's better with with spreading blindness. Maybe Sneak Attack + Epidemic for perma blindness to adjacent foes = 90% block from all melee.
I doubt you would use this skill for the damage as I'm sure you can find 100's of skills, even non-elite that would cause more damage than this.

I use Soldier's Stance over GD because Soldier's Stance is easier to maintain than GD: does not require much skills to maintain it (just a shout) and the duration can be the same as the recharge. The offensive side to Soldier's Stance is tolerable being that it's 33% IAS, and considering the choices this is what I choose instead of GD. Most importantly Soldier's Stance lets my build be a bit more flexible than GD can, resulting in the current PvE build I use now.

If you have Nightfall, Soldier's Stance + a shout of your choice ("Fear Me!" or "To the Limit!" are great choices) is a much better choice. Since you are speccing into Tactics, Soldier's Stance can be nearly kept up all the time just by itself. The 33% faster attack speed is much better than the damage you get from reflecting melee damage back, and you still get the 75% block rate.

Could be useful if a relevant farm was found. Don't see this being worthwhile in any other situation.

Could be used in existing Minister Cho mission farm. I'm to lazy to check it out.

Bristle, I was trying to spark a conversation here because it's been slow lately.
Owik, Zephy, frankly I'd be more tempted to put 12 into daggers so I could use flashing blades. Soldiers stance is nice, but I'm kind meh on it.
Marty, the best utility I could come up with it was BBing mobs on corners.
Andemius, I didn't feel like checking every warrior build on PvX. I also wouldn't look under that name because I use a different build for farming stone elementals.

I'm just more for IAS+blocking when it comes to PvE. Besides, the way I use Soldier's Stance makes a nice synergy to spam SY.
